1. Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
a. Shipping Options and Rates
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
b. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
c. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and location. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at [email protected].
3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to international addresses.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution. Big Healthy Chunk is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Provide your order number and photos of the issue to expedite the resolution process. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
